BRISTOL SPRINGS GIN
Bristol Springs is a nod to the almost forgotten history of the natural mineral springs that were once a national attraction located on the North Side of Bath Road in Bristol, PA. Between the end of the Revolutionary War to 1821 thousands of tourists would come to soak in the waters that Dr. Benjamin Rush studied and thought would cure many ailments. Stage coaches would transport guests from the King George Inn over to what is now RT 13 and a popular diner. This juniper and citrus forward gin is strong enough to hold up in a martini, but soft enough to mix into one of our signature cocktails.

The coastal waters leading up from the Caribbean to the rivers surrounding the Delaware Valley created a “Perfect Storm” for water-based smuggling and corruption to take hold during the “noble experiment.” Throughout prohibition, Philadelphia and the surrounding areas were said to have been “Wetter than the Atlantic Ocean.”
